WHY HEXANE-FREE MATTERS
Cheaper castor oils are extracted using heat or chemical solvents like hexane, which can degrade nutrients and leave residues behind. Ours is cold-pressed — mechanically squeezed, nothing added — so the ricinoleic acid, vitamin E and minerals arrive in your bottle the way the castor bean made them.

What does "hexane-free" mean?
Hexane is a chemical solvent used to extract cheaper oils. Ours never touches it — the oil is mechanically cold-pressed, which preserves nutrients and means no solvent residues.
Will it clog my pores?
Castor oil is relatively pore-friendly despite its richness. Very acne-prone skins may prefer blending it 1:1 with jojoba oil. Always patch test first.
Does it really help brows and lashes?
Castor oil conditions and strengthens the hairs you have, helping them look fuller and reducing breakage — which is why it's a long-standing favourite for brows and lashes. Apply a tiny amount with a clean spoolie at night.
How often can I use it?
Daily is fine for most people — skin, scalp or brows.
