<p>Things were a lot worse after I graduated, married, and made a decision to have a child with my husband. I tried not to, but I gave in and started &#8220;eating for two.&#8221; I had difficulties with my lower back that made me stop working, and I became a lot more sedentary than I had ever been before. Not just did I commence growing inside the stomach as the child grew, my body started to hang lower in places I never thought it would.
