One problem that nomads often handle is the unmistakable insufficient rest while traveling. 1. Keep your nose clear. 2. Fight the urge to eat before going to bed. Even if this may be seen as a familiar habit whether you’re on a vacation or only spending time at the comforts of your home, this could probably surely destroy your plan to sleep nicely. Besides putting on more weight on you, when your stomach is stuffed and you on your back, some of the stomach acids or juices regurgitate into your throat and cause inflammation and irritation. 3. Binge drinking before sleeping is a no-no. But if you’re just influenced to stay up late and make the most out of your time while on a vacation, fight that urge and make up a schedule of things to do then manage your time.But you must keep in mind that having your meals on time and going to bed before the break of dawn let you to have a normal sleep duration that your frail body requires. Try not to shift and mix up your body clock by sleeping late and waking up much later the next day. It will be tough to return to your typical sleeping habits particularly when you shift through altering time zones.
