Exercise needs to be an important part of your life for three reasons

And when you do stop your diet and go back to your ‘normal’ foods, you will put on even more weight than before. Exercise helps you burn fat fast.

Exercise also boosts endorphins which are natural hormones that lower stress and keep you focused with mental clarity.

Sweating from exercise is beneficial to your pores. It does wonders for your skin and so helps you actually look good.

Exercise also helps in building collagen and makes you look younger, slowing the onset of wrinkles. People always notice when you look good and will compliment you on it.

Choosing to exercise outdoors has an added benefit. The fresh air does you a world of good and helps your lungs breathe better, clearing out the toxins.

If you are out in the morning or afternoon the sunlight helps you not only get a glow on your face (but do use a good sunscreen) but also helps your body assimilate Vitamin D from the sun, thus contributing to bone health.
