We should be the most healthy country on earth! But are we? The STARTLING Truth:
– We rank 2 in diabetes
– We rank 1 in strokes
– We rank 9 in cancer
– We rank 13 in heart disease
This is NOT a ranking based mostly on successful prevention and treatment. How will we list among the states of the Earth? According to the World Health Organisation we rank 37 in general fitness among industrialized nations! So Clearly, we need to Rethink what we're BELIEVING and what we are Doing! Either that, or we pay the consequences.
Let's look at some fundamental truths. First, your body is self-healing, self-controlling, intelligent unbelievable and able to heal itself of anything. Anything? What about “incurable diseases?” For every person that dies from an “incurable disease” there are 20 that recover all by themselves. Now, they are customarily called “spontaneous remission,” “religious miracle,” or “mistaken diagnosis”whatever you call it, their body healed that condition. Period.
Second, the brain and nervous system control all the cells, organs and tissues of the body and, extremely seriously, modify your body to the environment you are in. If it's hot, you sweat. Cold? You shiver. Bacteria building up? You've a fever to mobilise calcium from bones and muscles to fuel your white blood cells to annihilate the bacteria and revive balance.
There are 5 core elements to healthful living. First, you must have correct nerve supply from brain to body and back. Second, you have to have proper nutrition to feed your cells and support standard body functions. 3rd, you should get proper exercise. Movement causes the cerebellum area of the brain to launch off all of the “feel-good” chemistry and neurology to plug healing and well-being in the body. 4th, correct rest isn't a luxury but a requirement. This is when your body reconstructs, heals and gets stronger. And 5th, you have to have a correct mental approach. For instance, a pessimist is 8x likelier to be depressed than an optimist. Life just goes better when you look for. The positive side of things. And that proves out to many health-building processes in the body.
These 5 core components must be in place for you to experience wellbeing and a freedom from the sickness and disease that is so not unusual among your buddies and neighbors. Unfortunately, there’s no sorcery here. You either put a little time, energy and money into your condition or you can ignore these truths and watch your health go downhill and pay co-pays and deductibles. Living a healthy, well-ness lifestyle just makes good sense and saves you thousands of bucks. Dollars that will now go to enjoying a far more enjoyable, healthy and satisfied life. It is just a choice and it’s up to you. Choose cleverly!
